Product Line Overview

Nipples are one of the hardest silicone parts to get right: walls are usually only 0.8–1.5 mm thick and durometer sits at 20–50 Shore A — too soft and the nipple collapses, too hard and a baby cannot latch. Our range covers standard-neck screw nipples, wide-neck realistic nipples, wide-mouth gravity-ball nipples, offset spouts and day/night pacifiers, plus the silicone parts of full-silicone and PPSU wide-neck bottles. Standard, wide and wide-mouth necks use three different thread profiles, and how precisely that thread mates with the bottle decides whether it leaks.

Process & Certifications

Nipples run on LSR cold-runner injection with platinum cure: the compound is injected cold and cured hot in the tool, which keeps flash thin and transparency high — the right route for thin walls and spiral detailing. The breastfeeding-like surface texture comes from etched mold inserts rather than post-process spraying; the outlet can be a single hole, a cross-cut or multi-hole, sized to your flow requirement. Venting is placed outside the parting line so the tip does not trap air or show flow marks — the single most common failure point on thin-wall parts. Raw-material reports ship with the goods; finished-part testing can be sent to a third-party lab on request.

Applications

Typical use is feeding and soothing from 0 to 3 years: wide-neck realistic nipples for newborns, gravity-ball nipples and squeeze feeding bottles once solids start, pacifiers through the teething stage. Beyond baby brands, gift channels and cross-border sellers often buy full-range assortments. Silicone parts can be matched with PP or PPSU bodies, dust caps and handles; we review the complete assembly so neck and thread tolerances do not fight each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are nipple durometer and outlet size decided?+

Durometer follows age and latch habit: 20–30 Shore A for newborns, 30–40 A from about three months. Outlet size is set by flow — slow, medium or fast — with cross-cut or Y cuts for thicker liquids. Send a sample or state the flow rate and we sample to that hole size.

Can you fit our existing bottle, and will it leak?+

Yes — send the bottle sample or 3D file and we cut the thread and sealing land to match. Leaks usually come from a loose thread fit or an uneven neck face rather than the compound, so we suggest 3–5 fit samples with a 24-hour inverted test before committing to production tooling.

What is your MOQ and sampling lead time?+

From 50 pcs, small-batch trials supported. Free 1-3 samples (customer pays shipping); sampling 5-7 working days; mass production 15-25 days.
