Formula dispensers need a one-hand twist lid that keeps powder dry; pacifier cases need to be one-piece with no pinch points; clip chains need to be washable end to end with a clip that does not snag fabric. Process & Certifications
Sealing relies on 20–30% compression of the silicone ring — too deep a groove and it will not seal, too shallow and the lid will not close — and the ring is usually snapped into a PP lid. Living hinges work by flexing the material itself, so the hinge zone is cut thin with flow checked in molding; otherwise it fails after a hundred thousand cycles. Clear parts need platinum-cured compound: under-cured silicone yellows, and post-curing drives off volatiles so clarity stays stable.
Applications
Baby travel is the main use: portioned formula, a place for the pacifier, a clip on the stroller — one small pouch covers it. Gift and set channels come second, where storage items are boxed with bottles and tableware. Hang-card retail is also common, and hang holes and card slots can be designed into the tool from the start.

How do you keep formula dispensers from letting moisture in?+
It comes down to 20–30% compression on the silicone gasket plus a lid that will not back off. Too little compression and it will not seal; too much and the lid becomes hard to turn. We test inverted for 24 hours and in high humidity during sampling, then adjust ring diameter and groove depth.
Will clear silicone parts yellow over time?+
Yellowing usually traces back to under-curing or the compound grade. Platinum-cured material with a full post-cure drives off volatiles and keeps clarity stable; peroxide-cured or under-cured parts yellow faster and are not recommended for clear components.
