Product Line Overview
Pet silicone parts have to survive chewing, repeated washing and smell. Slow feeders use raised patterns to slow eating, lick mats rely on compartments and a suction backing, collapsible bowls must flatten into a backpack, and treat pouches need one-handed opening. Demand is steady across pet brands, pet-store gifts and cross-border channels, and colorways tend to be bolder than baby products.
Process & Certifications
Food-grade silicone at 50–70 Shore A balances stiffness with chew resistance; the suction base is molded in one piece with the mat so the thickness differential creates vacuum — more durable than a glued-on suction cup. Slow-feeder patterns are typically 1–3 mm deep: shallower does not slow eating, deeper is hard to clean, and pattern bottoms are radiused. Collapsible bowls treat the fold line as a fatigue feature, same as kitchen versions.
Applications
Everyday feeding and cleaning at home, training aids for pet stores and trainers, and bundles for cross-border sellers. Shapes can follow a brand IP, or standard models can be recolored into a series.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will a silicone pet bowl survive a dog chewing it?+
It depends on bite force. Food-grade silicone at 50–70 Shore A suits licking, slow feeding and everyday meals, but determined chewers (teething puppies, working dogs) will take chunks out. For those cases TPR, nylon or a thicker structure is the better answer, and we will say so during evaluation rather than force silicone.
Can lick mats be machine washed and frozen?+
One-piece silicone lick mats can go on the top rack and can be frozen for cold treats; let them stand a few minutes after freezing before serving. On compartment versions watch the corners when cleaning — pattern bottoms are radiused specifically so they rinse clean.
