Product Line Overview
Breastfeeding care is one of the few silicone categories that must be extremely soft and skin-close at the same time: shells often run 0.5–1.0 mm thick at 10–30 Shore A so they almost disappear against the skin. We make nipple shields, correctors, double-layer breast shells, petal shells, milk collectors and silicone nipple covers. One boundary worth stating: the corrector is a physical aid, not a medical device, and we make no therapeutic claims for it.
Process & Certifications
Ultra-thin parts run on LSR injection with mirror-polished cavities, air-assisted ejection and generous draft so the wall is not stretched out of shape. Double-layer shells use two-durometer overmolding: soft inside against skin, firmer outside for support, with a cavity between them that keeps clothing off. Vent holes are cored with fine pins and must be smooth-walled, otherwise they trap residue during cleaning. Nipple covers use low-durometer silicone with a removable adhesive, and the tapered edge is created by the parting line so nothing shows under tight clothing.

Are 0.5 mm ultra-thin shells likely to tear?+
Thin does not have to mean fragile. Platinum-cured compound tears less, a thickened rim transition helps, and air-assisted ejection instead of hard knock-out keeps breakage low. If extra safety is wanted, the thinnest zone can sit at 0.6–0.8 mm with little difference in feel.
