What is verifiable: the silicone raw material we use has been tested by SGS against 12 regulations including GB 4806.16-2025, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, LFGB, REACH and RoHS, with all results Pass or Not Detected; reports are downloadable. Finished goods can be sent for third-party testing for your target market.

Orders start at 50 pieces and small trial runs are welcome. We recommend validating fit, assembly and feel on a small batch before committing to production volume.

Sampling takes 5-7 working days, with one to three samples provided free of charge; the customer covers shipping. Mass production typically ships in 15 to 25 days, excluding drawing approval and logistics.

Yes. A physical sample — or even photos plus a few key dimensions — is enough to start, and we can help with reverse engineering. We also take on jobs that arrive without drawings or written specifications: once acceptance is pinned to a physical or signed reference sample, we can quote.

Yes. Sample orders are quoted and produced on their own with no production commitment attached. If you later move to mass production, the approved sample parameters carry straight over.

Sampling runs in two steps: a first shot that surfaces any problems (dimensional drift, feel too hard, colour off), then a corrected signed sample. Most projects converge in one or two rounds, and every change is recorded in writing rather than over the phone.

Typically between 20 and 80 Shore A: keypads usually sit at 40 to 60, seals softer and structural parts harder. Feel is subjective, so provide a reference sample or a target range and lock it at sample approval.

Yes. The raw silicone used for kitchenware and baby products is tested against China food-contact silicone standard, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB. Parts built into kitchen appliances must also meet temperature limits, so state the maximum service temperature and contact media up front.

Liquid silicone flows well, suits complex geometry or thin walls, and runs highly automated with consistent batches, though tooling costs more. Solid silicone compression moulding suits simpler, thicker parts with cheaper tooling and easier formulation changes. We run both — the choice comes down to annual volume and part complexity.

We match to a colour card code or physical swatch. Transparent parts vary slightly between curing batches — inherent to the process. For zero-tolerance projects, switch to opaque colours or agree an acceptable colour delta in the order.

Yes — silicone can be overmoulded onto plastic substrates and metal inserts, though bond reliability and shrinkage matching are the hard parts. Give us the substrate grade and we will assess whether a primer is needed. Standalone plastic parts are outside our scope, but substrates needed for overmoulding can be evaluated together.

Six items: drawing or physical sample, expected quantity (first order and annual), target market and applicable regulations, service conditions (temperature, contact media, outdoor use), colour and appearance requirements, and acceptance criteria for critical dimensions. The more complete it is, the fewer rounds it takes.

Tooling is quoted separately from piece price, based on part complexity. Mould ownership, custody, and who pays for refurbishment at end of tool life are written into the contract or quotation terms — never left verbal, since these are the three most disputed points later.

Mass production runs 15 to 25 days after sample approval. Expediting is possible only when materials are in stock and no tooling changes are needed, and it depends on the current production schedule. Tell us your target date up front and we will answer honestly rather than promise and slip.

Trade terms and payment arrangements are stated on the quotation; ex-works and FOB can both be arranged, with exact ratios and milestones defined in the confirmed quotation. Long-term partners can negotiate settlement terms during contract review.

Yes — your forwarder can collect, we can handle export clearance, or you can pick up ex-works. Export packaging is reinforced for the destination and stacking requirements; parts prone to deformation should ship with internal supports.

The silicone raw material is tested by a third-party laboratory against twelve regulations: GB 4806.16-2025, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, LFGB, REACH SVHC, RoHS, PFAS, PAHs, POPs, TSCA, California Proposition 65, BPA and organotin. All results are Pass or Not Detected, and the reports can be downloaded.

No. The reports were commissioned by our silicone raw-material supplier and cover the raw silicone rubber itself. We manufacture parts from that tested material, and finished goods can be submitted for separate testing on request — we assist with samples and documentation. Please do not read this as "the company is certified".

Inspection follows the agreed sampling plan and cosmetic acceptance standard, with critical dimensions fully inspected or tightened-sampled. Batch numbers are retained against inspection records, so a complaint can be traced back to the raw-material lot and production record. That is also why we insist on a signed reference sample — without a baseline, disputes cannot be settled.

Judgement is made against the approved reference sample. Defects attributable to us are resolved by replacement or rework; recurring issues trigger a batch hold and root-cause trace. To avoid disputes, put acceptance criteria and judgement methods in the order rather than simply writing "good quality".

We operate in a standard production environment, not a cleanroom. External-contact and non-implant medical silicone parts are within scope; implantable components and cleanroom-grade production are not. We state these limits early so nobody discovers them after the drawings are sent.

Both. Contract manufacturing produces to your drawings or samples, with IP retained by you; development projects mean we co-engineer the structure and tooling while you differentiate on appearance, colour and packaging. The difference lies in who carries design risk and who owns the drawings.

Yes. For projects with unreleased structures or designs, we can sign a mutual NDA as early as the enquiry stage, and brand customers can agree tooling exclusivity — meaning we will not build the same mould for anyone else.

We export to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, and work with the packaging and labelling rules that follow local food-contact and environmental regulations. Tell us your destination country and we will match test items accordingly rather than defaulting to one generic standard.
