Product Line Overview

Kids tableware is rarely about one part — it is about how materials fit together: the silicone bowl has to hold onto the table, the PP lid has to snap tight, and the 304 spoon head has to stay encapsulated. We make suction bowls, divided plates, training chopsticks, twist spoons, collapsible bowls and insulated lunch boxes, and can tool silicone, PP, PPSU and 304 stainless in one project and assemble them in one batch, so dimensions are not negotiated across several suppliers.

Process & Certifications

The suction base is a thin lip around the bottom, and lip thickness plus durometer decide holding force: too hard and it will not seat, too soft and it peels off under a pull. The usual recipe is 40–50 Shore A with a 0.6–1.0 mm lip and a shallow relief groove inside to help air escape. Silicone handles over stainless inserts are made by two-shot molding with a primer on the metal, which keeps the bond from loosening over time. On collapsible bowls the fold line is the fatigue point, so the tool is cut with a radiused transition that survives repeated folding.

Applications

Three main scenarios: the family table (suction bowls, divided plates, training chopsticks), nurseries and daycare (insulated boxes, cutlery sets) and travel (collapsible bowls and cups, food containers). Tableware usually ships as sets, where colorways and packaging drive retail performance — print areas, set cavities and gift-box structure can all be fixed at the tooling stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does a suction bowl fail to hold on the table?+

Three usual causes: a textured or matte surface (wood and fabric cloths will not hold; smooth glass and melamine work best), a lip that is too hard or too thin, and oil on the base. Designing the lip at 0.6–1.0 mm and 40–50 Shore A with a shallow vent groove inside makes the hold significantly more reliable.

Can silicone, PP and stainless be tooled and assembled together?+

Yes. Silicone over stainless uses two-shot molding with a primer on the metal, otherwise the bond loosens over time; silicone-to-PP fits need allowance for the different shrinkage rates. We can tool and assemble in one batch, which saves the back-and-forth of matching dimensions across suppliers.

What is your MOQ and sampling lead time?+

From 50 pcs, small-batch trials supported. Free 1-3 samples (customer pays shipping); sampling 5-7 working days; mass production 15-25 days.
